TAC TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations more than 60 days before departure will incur a $100 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are 100% non-refundable. The Archaeological Conservancy strongly encourages all participants to purchase travel insurance, including trip cancellation/interruption coverage. Participants who do not take part in any portion of the tour, or who withdraw before its conclusion, are not eligible for refunds. The itinerary may change at the Conservancy’s discretion, but participants will be notified of significant revisions.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE I, ____________________________, have elected to participate in Peru (the “Tour”) August 2026. I understand that there are risks and hazards associated with this tour, including, but not limited to, injuries from accidents and falls. Further, I understand that the Tour may take place in areas with limited access to medical care and treatment, which would be needed in the case of illness or medical emergency. I hereby assume responsibility for any illness or injuries I might experience while participating in the tour, and I accept the above-described risks. I acknowledge that the Conservancy does not provide insurance coverage for my medical care or medical evacuation. I further release the Conservancy from any and all claims for damages as a result of my injury, death, property loss, or other losses sustained by me that are associated with my participation in the Tour. I am in good health and capable of participating in moderate activity such as that involved in this Tour. I have read, and I understand and accept the terms and conditions stated in this document and agree that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon myself, my heirs, and my estate.
