Take a Tour

Join us for truly one-of-a-kind, in-person archaeology tours for those who crave both adventure and academic depth. Our tour groups are led by one of the Conservancy’s regional directors alongside expert archaeologists for rare access and insight you simply cannot get on a standard itinerary.

Expect unforgettable days with visits to historic and archaeological sites (occasionally our own preserves), museums, and digs when available. We book expert speakers and plan all the details, so you can focus on discovery rather than logistics.

• International & domestic destinations: Explore archaeological wonders in the U.S. and international locations.
• Exclusive TAC access: Visit preserved sites and private locations
• Museums and sites: Enjoy curated visits with experts.
• Active dig sites: Gain rare access to ongoing excavations and field research when available.
• Small groups: Activities that encourage deep discussion and discovery.
• Lifelong learning: Connect with other curious travelers.

Virtual Tours

Explore archaeological preserves across the country through our in-depth Virtual Tour Video Series. Conservancy staff, archaeologists, Tribal representatives, landowners, and other experts guide viewers through each site, sharing its history, archaeology, cultural significance, and preservation story. Watch anytime and discover these remarkable places from the comfort of home.

Site Visit Shorts

Short on time? Our Site Visit Shorts offer quick, on-location introductions to Conservancy preserves across the country. Each video is less than 10 minutes and provides a closer look at a site, what makes it significant, and how the Conservancy is working to protect it.
