Archaeology Tour Policies

Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis. A non-refundable deposit is required and must be received within 14 days of reserving, or participants must notify us of the mailing date to retain their space. Full payment is due upon billing 60 days before departure. Cancellations 45 days or more before departure forfeit the deposit; later cancellations are 100% non-refundable. We strongly urge participants to purchase trip cancellation insurance. Participants who do not take part in any portion of the tour, or who withdraw before its conclusion, are not eligible for refunds. The itinerary may change at the Conservancy’s discretion, but participants will be notified of significant revisions. Singles and couples are welcome. Tour cost includes a $100 per person tax-deductible contribution to The Archaeological Conservancy.
